The accident happens
by a stand of Gary Oaks
along the Millstream, on a foggy day,
where it flows under the road and
into the ocean
this new morning...
found... west, morning,
ROOTS! GRASSY Meadows,
then
sunshine fills in
and Arbutus trees
are coming and going,
it's all a blur...
